Joe is an experienced Executive Director with a proven track record of business growth. He is an adaptive and authentic leader that builds and motives teams to create sustainable financial advice businesses. He is deeply passionate about the financial advice industry and wants every Australian to access good financial advice at an affordable price.

Joe has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry having held senior and leadership roles in the areas of marketing, operations and strategic management within a range of companies, including IOOF, Zurich and AXA. In his most recent role, Joe was CEO of Consultum Financial Advisers, an AFSL, for over 8 years, managing a network of 190 Advisers and $9.5Bn of Funds under Advice.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Marketing) from the University of Tasmania as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
